So here's the deal, I do not need to report to school for work every Wednesdays because I do not have a class to teach on that day. So I won't be paid on that day and neither will my services be required for Wednesday. Here's the deal, they say, just teach the classes you have been assigned and leave the decision-making to the people who are supposed to be the decision makers. Here's the real deal, when you make a decision and it concerns me, I think it is only cordial if I were aware of it during the midst of discussion; rather than when everything has been decided.
There are thoughts in my head, many thoughts in fact.
Perhaps with a four-day work week, I can finally do the things I really want and need to do! As for the school, please don't call me on Wednesdays, I ain't available! Period.
